Our online eligibility checker provides indicative estimates only, calculated using published CBUAE Consumer Protection Regulation guidelines (including the 50% Debt Burden Ratio framework). These estimates are not formal pre-approvals and are not binding on any bank. Actual mortgage eligibility depends on factors including but not limited to: credit history, AECB credit bureau report, employment verification, property valuation, nationality, visa status, and the specific bank's internal credit policy at the time of application.

5. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship

Using this Site does not create a brokerage, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and MortgageCompare.ae. When we connect you with a mortgage professional in response to an enquiry form submission, that professional is an independent third party. MortgageCompare.ae does not control, endorse, or guarantee the services, advice, or outcomes provided by any third-party professional.
